ScriptRunner is a plugin that extends the possibilities of Jira 1000-fold. You can create complex functionalities and finally customize your Jira a bit according to your wishes.
Additionally, it's support is always fast, helpful and interested in good solutions.
If you want to make more out of your Jira, you can't avoid this plugin. For us, it is mandatory. Without Scriptrunner, Jira would be pointless.

I can only recommend this plugin even after several years. It is constantly being developed and the support is always helpful and fast. We used this in our DataCenter version. Solid 12/10 stars ;-)
