We have a Generic API Connection and a Generic Event Listener that you can use to connect and listen to events from unlisted apps and services. Find out more about our API connections.

A script execution refers to a script being run, either by being triggered by an event, manually or programmatically from another script. A script execution is sometimes also referred to as a script invocation.

We have a listing on the Atlassian Marketplace but ScriptRunner Connect is purchased directly from within the app. ScriptRunner Connect is a standalone tool rather than a Connect Plugin or Forge App.

We have a free forever plan so you can test all your integrations before committing to a paid plan. You will only be limited by the number of scripts that can be run each month and some stricter rate limits than on paid plans.

You can manage your plan directly in ScriptRunner Connect in the Teams module under Plan Management. Our subscriptions are very flexible and you can change your subscription plan and duration whenever you need to. Your new plan limits will take effect immediately, and pricing changes will be reflected in your next invoice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the end of the period you’ve paid for (at the end of the month or year depending on your subscription).
