How to install ScriptRunner and apply your code
- Head to the Atlassian Marketplace and install the ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud app
- Once the app is installed access the ‘Promotions’ tab of the Atlassian Marketplace section within your Jira instance. Or simply add the following after your Jira instance URL: /jira/marketplace/manage/promotions (example: myjirainstance.atlassian.net/jira/marketplace/manage/promotions)
- Click on ‘Apply promotion code’ and add one of the promo codes form the table below based on on whether you would like to opt for a monthly or annual billing cycle.

Adaptavist is running a promotion for new ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud customers (the “Promotion”). These terms and conditions of the Promotion are between you and Adaptavist Ventures LTD (Company No. 10550338) with its registered office situated at Adaptavist, 25 Wilton Road, Victoria, London, United Kingdom, SW1V 1LW.
Adaptavist hereby makes available to you the following benefits of the Promotion:
- Free 6 months on ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud:
- For new customers on a monthly billing cycle**: 100% discount on monthly plans for 6 monthly billing cycles on ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud, discount applied to each monthly invoice raised;
- For new customers on an annual billing cycle: 50% discount on the annual plan for 1 annual billing cycle for an annual termed subscription on ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud, discount applied to the annual invoice raised;
- **The generation of an upgrade of an existing ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud licence is considered a transaction (for example, upgrading the user tier of the existing licence) and the transaction shall be counted as one billing cycle.
- The Promotion can be redeemed either directly from Adaptavist, the Atlassian Marketplace, or via an authorized Adaptavist partner;
- To obtain your Promotion discount, you will need to quote promo code SCOARELAY1 for monthly plans or SCOARELAY2 for annual plans;
- The Promotion is only open to new ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud customers. You may already be an existing Adaptavist client using another Adaptavist product;
- The Promotion must be redeemed by 31 December 2024.
This Promotion is exclusively intended for new ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud customers. Adaptavist reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or to terminate the Promotion for any participant who, in our sole opinion, is acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in a manner that is contrary to the intended use of the Promotion.
The Promotion is not transferrable to any other product or service and is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise agreed by Adaptavist in writing.
Adaptavist may cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time, without prior notice and Adaptavist's decision in all matters related to this Promotion shall be final and binding.
Adaptavist will administer the Promotion in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and sanctions programs. The Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
Any claims arising from or relating to the Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales and the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England.
